Richie Stearns: Last Train to Rajasthan

Whenever I watch Richie Stearns' videos, I get stopped by this tune Nd watch it over and over. I can't find tab anywhere, although we had a thread on it here a couple of years ago where J-walk and others established the tuning as c#A1A2CE (the A1is an octave lower than A2)

I know I'm getting in WAY over my head on this one, but does anyone know:
If tab exists?
What this tuning is called? (Googling it is coming up with next to nothing)
Any of the chords he seems to be using?
