Buttons and Bows tab

This song is SO much fun to play!

Bob Paisley and the Southern Grass did a bluegrass version of the 1947 tune "Buttons and Bows",which was featured in the BOB HOPE movie "The Paleface",and has been covered by many famous singers ,including Dinah Shore and Roy Rogers.

This tune is got what i call syncopated drive. theres a lot of syncopation in some of these 1/4 notes,so you really gotta listen to the song to get the feel, so im including the recording here as well as the tab.

I had been playing it for a while but this is the first time i tabbed it, so i found things here that are a little different than what i do (that happens when you slow this stuff down).

a couple licks i werent sure of due to the sound quality when slowed down, but i got it pretty close.

this is a gem of a tune and you intermediate players should jump on it, whether you use the tab or on your own

As to who is playing banjo on this ,there is another recent topic i posted about that and got some good resonses, though nobody seems 100% sure of who was playing with Bob Paisley at the time this was recorded. the best answer so far is Randy Stewart.
