Obscure challenge: Oyfn pripetchik

I keep coming back to klezmer fiddle tunes.  Perhaps I should have taken up the fiddle...

I'd love to learn this beautiful lullaby. Any help would be appreciated; just a suggestion of a tuning/starting note would get me going
