Blue Ridge Mountain Blues Bill Clifton Version

This is one of the first Bluegrass tunes i was ever familiar with.I used to think it was Jim and Jesse!

Anyway here is banjo tab to Blue Ridge Mountain Blues as done by Bill Clifton. I think Don Stover plays banjo on this(someone correct me if I'm wrong). page one has tab for the intro and the full break and page two is tab for the ending. They did it in F# , so the banjo is tuned 1/2 step down (in case you want to play with the recording). If not, then keep it in G and have at it!

just notes on the tab. the 1/4 notes have stems , the 1/8 notes don't. Got some 1/16 notes in there with the dark bars over them, and the notes with the curved arrows are chokes, and the last note in the ending is just a brush.I added a couple pick up measures in thje ending and that starts on the second syllable of "away".

Just get the recording and you will be okay
