tab conversion from acoustic guitar to banjo

Hey guys. Trying to learn Rise against's 'Swing Life Away" which is an acoustic guitar song, and i can play most of the intro except the second half, because it has an E in it. any ideas for a substitute instead of an E string? 

The part in bold is the bit I'm struggling with because obviously i don't have an E to play.. Thoughts?
