Oh dem Golden Slippers

I am looking for a copy of this sheet music published by Chappell in London about 1900. The arrangement is by Joseph Daniels
or any other music arranged by Joseph Daniels. In fact any information about JD. I have two of the Banjos he made / assembled in London about 1883-1888. I am a complete beginner and am a bit confused about the difference between Frailing, Clawhammer, and Bluegrass. Would Joseph have used one of these techniques? Joseph was my G,G,Great Uncle.
One of the banjos has a shorter neck and fret makers instead of raised frets. Was this a strumming instrument?
