Bought Teryy Baucom's instructional DVD, "Driving with the Duke" but it has no tab. Anybody have the tab to "Gold Rush" which includes the up the neck part. It's taught on the DVD but but hard to figure the up the neck part w/o the tab. I can't seem to down load the Banjo Hangout tabs version. Great DVD but I need tab help. Thanks
