Greetings!
I'm essentially a novice beginner on banjo, concentrating initially on clawhammer style, but I do have a bluegrass instrument as well, and I'd like to see if I can get some help from some of the experienced three-finger players out there, in fingerpicking a very simple (two chord) song (see YouTube link below).
Its a long, slow, comical tune, that quite frankly, borders on 'silly', but it's as cute and entertaining as can possibly be, and most importantly, my cherished granddaughter absolutely LOVES it!!
So, I'd really like to see if I could get anyone here to provide me with some basic, entry-level tablature, showing potential picking patterns (rolls, etc.), that I might practice, to help me slowly begin to tackle this slow and simple song.
The song is played in the two chords of Em and Am, and since I truly don't yet know what I'm doing on banjo, I've been frailing it (in clawhammer), using those same two chords, but tuned to xDgbd, with the 5th string tuned down to 'e'.
Thanks to all for your valuable time, consideration and assistance.
