Tab software that converts a text file-like tab to standard tab?

I have a basic way to write my own tabs using MS Excel, which is useful when I want to easily change fret positions in a song, for example. I denote it as such:

G-A-B-C-D-E-F#-G
3(0)-4(7)-2(0)-3(5)-1(12)-4(14)-1(16)-5(17)
1-&-2-&-3-&-4-&

This method works great for me but becomes problematic when I want to share my work with others. Is there tab software out there that I can import such a file to generate a standard banjo tab from it without too much fuss?
