Banjo Newsletter Tabs - Sure would like to buy one!

I'm not sure if this is relevant to my reason for posting here, but I have about 5 years of Banjo Newsletters in bindings. I was a subscriber for a long long time.

I want to purchase a tab from their website. I have absolutely no problem paying for services and goods even though there are probably ways to skirt payments. That said, in order to purchase a tab from that site, you need to log in. I find plenty of hyperlinks to allow me to log in, and even a link to let me create an account. However, I either never created an account there, or long ago forgot the password I created. The link to let you create a new account only sends me to a page where I can enter my existing username and password.

I'm flummoxed. Has anyone found a way around this impenetrable website?

I've deliberately not given the song title I want to buy because I don't want to tempt someone into doing me a favor by sending me their copy.
