Formatting 5 string tab to tenor?

Is there anyone, any way or some technique anyone knows to somewhat easily transcribe 5 string tab to 4 string tenor? I have the tabs for a couple songs I like in 5 string but need it in the 4 string tab. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
