What Tune Is This?? (It's driving me nuts!)

Hi all,

I've had this tune stuck in my head for months now and I can't figure out what the name of the tune is. I've written it out as best as I recall. There's a little single-string phrase in the 7th bar that's really iconic to the tune. That's the bit that I can't get out of my head and just can't identify. Help!
