Cd from Michael Bremer’s clawhammer cookbook

I bought Michael Bremer’s clawhammer cookbook from a seller at Amazon used. I did not realize that it was missing the cd and Hal Leonard does not provide the digital files from a book without a code, i.e., a book that came with a cd. Does anybody know if there is a way to get these files without buying the book all over again? Or does anyone have an email for Michael Bremer? Thanks!
