TabEdit Query - Bends
Hi Guy's
Looking for some advice on bends. I am trying to display 1/2 & 1/4 pointing up The manual says to add a note on the same string higher than the note your trying to bend. but I have seen TAB that doesn't have a note following the one I am trying to bend. .
Levi Jackson Rag
I've just posted a version of Levi Jackson Rag. Any mistakes, comments, suggestions welcome - I'm a bit out of my comfort zone (English and Irish traditional) on this..
I had to jump an octave in the middle to get around the low C then drop back at the end.
Hope to get a recording once it's properly 'in my fingers'.

The Pirate Queen
I know it is unlikely but I have to ask if anyone has ever attempted The Pirate Queen by Alison Brown. Like most of her original compositions, it is breathtakingly beautiful, emotionally moving, complex, difficult and defies any type of label.
It is in the key of B Flat in G tuning, no capo. Very tricky!
Need tabs for "Can't You Hear Me Calling" and "Train 45" in PDF format...
I need PDF files for these 2 songs... "Can't You Hear Me Calling" and "Train 45". I know that you can find these tabs already using tabrite but I do not know how to add the tab font to my windows font file. Still trying to figure it out.. In the meantime if someone could send pdf files of these songs to rbp@triad.rr.com I would appreciate it! Renee
Last Steam Engine Train
Has anyone ever played a banjo arrangement of John Fahey's Last Steam Engine Train? I've scoured Youtube and came up blank. I'd settle for just hearing what it might sound like, let alone tab.
Wow and wow and most of all WOW!
Is there something about this rhythm that lends itself poorly to banjo? It sounds a lot like something Merle Travis would play, and for some reason that I don't quite understand I find it hard to play along with Travis' recordings. This is the only explanation I can think of for why this song isn't a bluegrass staple.
Rudy Lyle and Don Stover
Looking for tabs of these seemingly somewhat under tabed greats.
Mark McGuinn Tabs
Anybody have tabs to "Mrs. Steven Rudy" by Mark McGuinn?
Homer and Jethro lyrics & chords?
Anybody have the lyrics and chords for an old Homer and Jethro song "Does anybody here play the piano?"
South Park intro tabs?
Ok, I know this isn't a typical song.... but there is a banjo in the older South Park intros.... and given my girlfiend knows the words... I thought it might be fun.

Is there a good free editor for banjo somewhere on this site?
Carolina in the Pines Second Banjo Break
I already posted the intro to the Doyle Lawson version of Carolina in the Pines about a week ago. This is the second banjo break to the song. There's a couple more breaks to come ,including the cool little triplet duet the banjo does with the mandolin. Hope to get them all in here.Just watch for the 1/8 hammers, pull offs or slides that don't have the open 1st string combined with them. They still get 1/8 beat for each note.
SUNDAY MORNING ON THE LAKE ???
DOES ANYONE KNOW THE TUNING AND THE TAB FOR THIS JENS KRUGER SONG? I CAN'T FIND IT ANY WHERE.
Mules?
I am originally from the Missouri Ozarks as you might tell from my account name. The state animal of Missouri is the mule (kinda tugs at my heart). I have worked up clawhammer arrangements of Kicking Mule and Whoa Mule (not all that good) and I would like to add some more mule tunes to my playlist. If you have or know of any, especially if you have tabs available, I would appreciate it. JD you're an ole Missouri boy, can you help me here? Did you include any mule tunes in your books? I'm going to have to shut this message short. Thinking about all those mules has brought a tear to my eye.
