Here is a video and tab in pdf or tef for Rob's arrangement of "Carol of the Bells". Sounds really cool on banjo. Both banjo parts are tabbed out.
Enjoy!

Hello all, I've been a devoted listener and fan of the Osborne Brothers ever since I first got into bluegrass music. Sonny Osborne was pretty much my first influence to start picking up the banjo.
Anyway, there is a song I am completely mesmerized by. It's their version of "John Henry Blues" on their albums "The Osborne Brothers: 1956 - 1968 Disc 2"
I've figured out the tuning on the song, it's gCFA#D#
If anyone would be so kind as to write tabs, I would be deeply appreciative.
Just saw this sweet little video from Dusty Lee Elmer. Was hoping to get a tab or chord sequence for Noah's Ark's Moving Along, in gDGAD tuning.

Thanks in advance

Anyone have the tab or willing to create one if they know this song? I'm *ok* at figuring stuff out if someone could just tell me the tuning.
Thanks!
I've been searching EVERYWHERE for banjo tab for Big and Rich's "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy". I've seen it requested here many times but no luck. Can anyone help with this tab? Here's why I want it!
First, I've picked at the banjo for about 30 years on and off but still VERY much a novice! My daughter, 10, is learning the fiddle and learning it good! She want's daddy to pick his banjo back up and start playing again. I need a good song to help pick my interest back up, but what song........
Well, I volunteer with a local therapeutic horseback riding program. We have one rider that's 22. She was hurt in a bad car wreck a few years ago and is now wheelchair bound. She has no use of her legs, no use of one arm and limited use of the other arm along with difficulty with speech. This girl is a trooper though and works hard with her therapy and keeps a positive attitude each session. She makes me smile each session when she starts off the ride by trying to sing "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy"....so, there's my song!!! I want to learn the banjo part so I can play along with the music and her singing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would love to have this tab in .TEF format!
Thanks,
Dennis
Tab request.
Thanks everyone, have a safe holiday season!
Looking for a tab, either clawhammer or two finger, for Willie Watson's version of "Stewball" from his album "Willie Watson, Folk Singer." Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance. Larry S.
Anyone out there have tab for this old Cornish Christmas carol? Modernly known as "The Holly and the Ivy", it is also known as "Sans Day Carol" and "St. Day Carol". If I get the tab soon, there may just be time to get it worked up for Christmas Eve. Many thanks. And Merry Christmas. EHC
I'd really like to learn this. Especially how it is played in the first part of this video.
I'd pay to have this tabbed out...

Mr Sandman was recorded by the Chordettes in 1954, although it had previously been recorded by Vaughn Monroe -- no relation to Bill Monroe, I think – and his Orchestra in the same year. Steve Arkin has stated that Bill Keith had an arrangement of the song in the early 1960s, although I have never heard Keith’s version (and would love to, if anybody has a recording). In any case, several years ago I finally worked up an arrangement of my own, and I just got around to the tablature, which I have posted in the Tab Archive: http://www.banjohangout.org/tab/browse.asp?m=detail&v=21609 It took me about one month to tab it out – a real pain – but I think I finally got it close to right. I borrowed the idea for the ending from an excellent tab by Jack Gentle Jr. that was posted in the Tab Archive some years ago, and I gratefully acknowledge it here. When you work through the tab, you will find unusual D13 and D7 chord positions in measure 24 and elsewhere. Here I made use of Sonny Osborne’s brilliant creation of a pedal steel–like chord progression that he demonstrates in his Homespun Tapes video.
I can't seem to find a ch tab for Wagoner's Lad.
I have the chords for how the Trio play it. D,G,F#m... And I can strum those out ok, throw in a few licks... but it's not quite what I'm looking for I think. They also don't have a banjo in their recording of it.
Hearing Doc's version here:

Or this one:

What tuning are they using? For the trio version I'm in open D, but that's not what it sounds like for either of these videos.
Is the tune based on an older song that I can find a tab for?
I think I'm at a point in my playing where I need to get better at figuring these tunes out for myself, but I'm just not sure where to start.
Can anyone kindly provide me with some TAB? I'm too lazy to do my own arrangement.
Anyone have tab for Foggy Mountain Top they'd be willing to share ? (Three finger Scruggs)
I have uploaded L&N for a little bluegrass cheer.
This tune is stuck in my head so I may as well try to learn it. Has anyone tabbed it out and is willing to share? I would most appreciate it.
Looking for a tab for Eadle Alley by Melvin Wine.
